This past November PJ and I visited Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico with friends. The caverns were amazing, but certainly not a place for nudity. However, the second day we drove into the mountains to visit a place our friend had stayed some years ago. From the top of the mountain we took a hike down to the mouth of Cottonwood Cave, and I took the occasion to hike nude. (For proof, see the photos at http://imageevent.com/kenandjane/cottonwoodcavehike.)
Sure, it was a little cool hiking nude on top of a mountain in November, but on our return everyone else said they were jealous and wished they'd done the same. I've decided the only way to hike comfortably is to hike nude.
Anyone else agree? Or am I the only crazy one?

Traveling Dream
PJ and I have dreamed of traveling to visit beautiful locations and staying at naturist locations along the way. From the following video links, this seems completely possible in France:

Video of naturist camping area in Southern France: http://dai.ly/e16rgN
Video of naturist camping spot in Eastern France: http://dai.ly/fGDbTx
Video of naturist resort in Central France: http://dai.ly/gdStv7

Does anyone else share our dream of traveling, visiting interesting destinations, and staying at naturist resorts? Has anyone done this?

Photos of Freehikers
Here are four photos of freehikers: http://imageevent.com/kenandjane/freehikers
PJ and I are excited to get out to feel the warm sun on our nude bodies. Nothing is quite as enjoyable as freehiking!
Anyone else excited to get out?

Olive Dell Ranch Update
If you follow this blog, you know that PJ and I maintain a trailer at Olive Dell Ranch, a family naturist resort in Colton (Southern) California. At Olive Dell we designed and built Dellymaze Park, and the Olive Dell Nature Trail. (You can learn more at www.olivedellranch.com.)
We're currently in El Paso, traveling with our business, but will return to Olive Dell by April, just in time to help organize the second Bare Burro 5k.
Several friends at Olive Dell have been maintining the park and trail in our absence. Recently, they took photos of how things look this spring, after the heavy rains - not too bad. Here are a few photos for those who are interested: http://imageevent.com/kenandjane/olivedell2011

Nude Roadsign Photos
It's been a while since I've posted - sorry. My email address was compromised by a virus, and PJ and I have been totaly consumed with work. My new address is kensunwalker@yahoo.com.
We did get to visit Sunsport Gardens and Haulover Beach in December. I'll try to find time to write reports. In the mean time, we're in El Paso for a few months. (Anyone know of any nude hikes there?) Then we'll head back to Olive Dell Ranch for the Bare Burro 5k in April.
To get up and going again, here's a link to a fun French video: http://dai.ly/h3Ac13
These naturists have found a great way to make nudity fun and memorable even during the winter - gather at a road sign and take a nude photo. What a great addition to skinnytripping.
PJ and I will have to do this as we travel. Anyone else willing to participate? I look forward to interesting postings.
